Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hi@mypets.gg or through our website contact form. Our support team will provide the return instructions and return address.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
